I instructed the AI to create a file, it created, and then it modified this file itself, but it needed my confirmation. I clearly see that there is currently only one tab, and I have not modified this file. Why does it suddenly need my confirmation?
Is it related to whether it is in Git Ignore? Is it related to whether it is terminal creation and not tool creation? Or is it because I opened this file and looked it up, even if I didn’t modify it?
