Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
The “Agent Changes” tab in the Agent Window automatically opens every time an agent task runs. While the window can be closed, it keeps reopening automatically with each agent operation. There’s no setting to disable this auto-opening behavior.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Agent Window and run an agent task
- “Agent Changes” tab opens automatically
- Close the Agent Changes window/tab
- Run another agent task
- “Agent Changes” tab opens again automatically
- Repeat - no way to keep it from auto-opening
Expected Behavior
There should be a setting/option to disable the automatic opening of the “Agent Changes” tab. Users should be able to choose whether they want it to auto-open or manually open it when needed.

Additional Information
This is more of a missing feature request than a bug - need a preference/setting to control the auto-opening behavior of Agent Changes tab. It interrupts workflow when you want to stay focused on your current agent window.
Does this stop you from using Cursor
No - Cursor works, but with this issue
