# Cannot download Cursor app - Macbook M2

Hello,  
I had Cursor installed and running on my Macbook M2 (Sequoia 15.3.1) and I got a notification about an update. I went to the site and downloaded the latest version, then dragged it to my applications folder replacing the older one. However something must have broken because now every time I try to download cursor, when I drag it to my applications folder I get the error that it is broken and must be moved to trash or that it contains characters too long. I have tried both the latest (0.46) and the previous (0.45) versions and both universal mac and arm64 versions.  
Any ideas ? Thanks.

Version 0.47.8 (Universal) seems to have fixed the issue and now Cursor installs and works correctly
