Cannot see the changes in Cloud Environment Setup and Cloud Subagents in Agents Window · Cursor

Environment

  • Cursor 3.8.11, macOS, Glass / Agents Window
  • update.releaseTrack: dev
  • Cloud Agents enabled; dashboard env Personal · Active with snapshot for this repo
  • .cursor/environment.json committed on main (snapshot + install script)

Issue /in-cloud does not appear in the slash menu in a new local Agents Window chat, even after reload and pulling main. Typing /in-cloud <task> also does not work. I also do not see the UI where I can click on Local and switch to Cloud

What works

  • Full Cloud agents from the dropdown / cursor.com/agents
  • Dashboard shows environment Active with update script configured

What we checked

  • Not a repo-setup gap — env + environment.json are in place
  • /in-cloud is a server-delivered global command (CloudOnly), not repo-defined
  • Statsig config for cloud-subagents startup tip shows passed: false on this account — possible rollout gate

Ask Please confirm whether cloud subagents (/in-cloud) are enabled, am I missing some setup?
