Cannot use Remote Machine with any repository

Describe the Bug

I can only access a single repository under “Remote Machines”

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to https://cursor.com/agents
  2. Select the cloud icon with left click of the mouse
  3. Hover over the Remote Machines option
  4. Punch your laptop in the screen when you see that only a single repository is available under remote machine.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to select any repository under remote machine, especially when on the desktop IDE I manually set that repository to be usable via remote and I invoke prompts into it right then and there.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @Romstar,
This isn’t anything on your end - right now only the first workspace registered on a machine stays available under Remote Machines, so you only ever see one repo. It’s an issue we’re tracking, and I’ll post here when there’s an update.

Workaround: fully quit Cursor on that machine (Ctrl+Q), then reopen only the repo you want to use remotely and turn Remote Control back on - it should then appear under Remote Machines. If you want several at once, open them together in a single multi-root workspace before enabling Remote Control.
