Can't chat with cursor

Hi, I recently installed cursor, and im trying to use it to replace VS studio, I installed the app, ran the app, but had to restart my sign up for some reason, so I did the sign up process again, and when I opened cursor to ask it how I can import VS code settings, I get this error

Now, I have never used cursor before nor have I ever made accounts with cursor, this includes the website version, as you can see in the pic below, this is literally my first time getting cursor

Can someone help me fix this, I literally just want to use it as a replacement for Visual Studio’s agent (And no, I have never used the website as well)
