# Can't contact Cursor sales team

Hello!

I have sent 2 contact forms and got no response. Is there another way to contact the sales team for more information about Enterprise plans, pricing, and confidentiality for healthcare ?

Hey @Bonjour, sorry the forms didn’t get you a reply. You can email [enterprise@cursor.com](mailto:enterprise@cursor.com), which goes straight to our sales team.

Just a heads up that they get a high volume of requests and review each one against some criteria, so it can take a while to hear back.

If you’d like to get started in the meantime, you can subscribe to a [Teams plan](https://cursor.com/docs/account/teams/pricing) yourself at any time. It includes team-wide Privacy Mode enforcement, so your code is never used for training.
