# Can't enable Cursor Tab with Pro account

Hey, thanks for the report. Your account looks fine. Your Pro subscription is active, so this Cursor Tab paywall is showing by mistake. Looks like the Tab config got stuck in the client.

Logging out and back in won’t fix it by itself, you’ll need a full restart. Try this:

- Fully close Cursor, not just the window, make sure the process is quit.
- Open it again and check Cursor Tab.

If that didn’t help, log out in Cursor Settings, fully restart the app, log in again, then do one more full restart.

If the paywall is still there after that, please send the log from the Output panel. Go to View \> Output, pick Cursor Tab in the dropdown, and we’ll dig deeper. I can already see the status bar screenshot, so that’s enough.
