Hi Micah,
Thanks for reaching out! From your screenshot, it looks like the agent finished making changes, and the Undo and Review buttons are visible. A couple of things you can try:

Click directly on the text of the Undo button – the clickable area can sometimes be smaller than the button appears

Click somewhere in the chat panel first to make sure it has focus, then try Undo again

Use the keyboard shortcut
Cmd+Z(Mac) orCtrl+Z(Windows/Linux) as an alternative to undo the agent’s changes
If none of those work, you can also use Checkpoints to revert – click on a checkpoint marker in the chat timeline above the agent’s response, then click “Restore” to go back to that state. More info here: Agent Overview - Checkpoints
If the issue persists, could you share:

What exactly happens when you click Undo? (nothing at all, greyed out, error?)
