# Can't reach your computer, Reset fails - New user

### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Grok Bot

### Describe the Bug

Grogbot can’t reach the computer. I tried to recover it and I got a “Recover failed” popup after waiting for a while. Then I tried to reset the computer from the settings and got a “Reset failed” popup as well. I just paid for grok and it’s a fresh installation. I’ve not used it before.

If possible, can you reset the entire Grogbot computer from the back end?

### Steps to Reproduce

Not sure, I’m a fresh user with a brand new account and installation.

### Expected Behavior

I suppose it’s supposed to be able to connect to the computer.

Grok Bot 0.52.0 - Windows  
Grok Bot 1.10.0 - Android  
Paid yesterday, never got a working computer, no bots

Never used anything

### Additional Information

Recover stuck at Reconnecting 75%  
Reset: “The reset couldn’t finish. Grok Bot’s computer may be in a partial state”
