Can't rename folders if a chat has a file open

Describe the Bug

I am unable to rename a folder if a chat has a file open from that folder. Closing all of the files I have open and all chats doesn’t make a difference. I have to close cursor and rename it through the file explorer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the chat change any file in a folder.
2. Rename the folder through the sidebar.

Expected Behavior

It can rename the folder.

Windows 10/11

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. It looks like this issue was fixed in version 1.7.4.

There isn’t a 1.7.4 the current latest is 1.6.45

Maybe you have permission issues? Are you connected via SSH? Have you tried checking this in other projects? I can’t reproduce it.
