Describe the request
Just like the completion sound, it would be very helpful to get pinged for chat errors. Specifically, when connection fails and the message isn’t sent.
Why is this relevant: On the first look, the message looks sent but after a few seconds the error pops up. Sometimes, the message just goes back to the input field without any error message and needs to be sent again. At this point, I’ve navigated away as I expect the agent to take a couple minutes and then I come back to learn that it hasn’t even started.
At least let us know when that happens.
