Describe the Bug
When a popoup is displayed in the main editor that draws past the edge of the editor window and into the cursor pane, the cursor input element is drawn over it (Z+999)

Steps to Reproduce
Hover over a linter error in the code that creates a long popup that spans into the cursor pane.
Expected Behavior
Popups are always the top most element.

Does this stop you from using Cursor
No - Cursor works, but with this issue
