Chat modes improvements

  1. Before you could cycle modes and models with Ctrl+, and Ctrl+., now a dropdown is shown but it’s much quicker to have the cycle behaviour as before
  2. There is no way to delete default modes now, bring back this functionality
  3. There is no way to not have [model]-thinking, it’s forced in model list if you have the base model, allow it to be removed
