Describe the Bug
As I prompt in a chat, the insert chat box reaches the bottom of the screen. When I try to use @ symbols or find files, the option trails down instead of up and causes half the options to be hidden. This is a new issue, and closing/reopening the chat window does not fix the issue. For example, I closed an affected chat, opened a new chat and went re opened the affected chat using history but it did not fix the issue (half the options are trailing off screen and hidden).
Steps to Reproduce
Prompt in a chat until the insert chat box reaches the bottom of the screen. Use something that gives a list of options.
Expected Behavior
Tool options (e.g. @docs or list of files, etc.) should show on the screen (i.e. going upwards instead of down if they will trail off the app screen).
