Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
Until recently you could hit the + button and add an image / screenshot to the chat window. Now that button / option has gone. I can copy and paste and image in, but I don’t understand the reasoning for removing the button, this feels like a bug as its a really annoying workflow to switch windows to copy an image to paste it into the chat box when previously you could press the + and add it directly.
Steps to Reproduce
Try and add an image to the chat input.
Expected Behavior
There used to be a + button.
