### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

### Describe the Bug

Chat window is failing to load in V1.7.38 VSCode version 1.99.3 Windows 11 Pro.

### Steps to Reproduce

Just fire up the IDE.

### Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Problem is resolved for now following a restart so can’t replicate
