Hey, this is a known issue. Cloud Agent notifications can get stuck in a loop and keep coming even after you’ve checked the chat.
The team is aware. A couple things that’ll help:
Are these in-app notifications inside Cursor, or OS push notifications (like in macOS Notification Center)?
Are those two chats still running, or have they finished?
What OS are you on, and what Cursor version?
As a temporary workaround, you can disable notifications for Cursor at the OS level (for example on macOS: System Settings > Notifications > Cursor). Not ideal, but it should stop the spam until this is fixed.
