# Claude 3.7 Sonnet | Trying to submit images without a vision-enabled model selected

Is the Cursor team going to address this issue? For the past three days, I haven’t been able to use Claude 3.7 Sonnet It consistently throws an error: “Trying to submit image with a version enabled model selected.” It’s completely non-functional. I’ve noticed other users reporting the same problem, but there hasn’t been any resolution.

I face this problem sometimes as well and noticed that when the error happens and I close Cursor and open it back again, there is an error message that mentions a bad connection and suggesting to turn off VPN (which I don’t use).

I was using Google DNS. After removing it and leaving the system default, It worked.
