when use calude 4 ,it alwasy generate a readme.md ，will it cost more request?

depends, if you are on MAX, maybe. if it is a single instruction to create a readme.md surely yes.
on MAX number of tokens decides what a fraction of a request it will cost you.
By the way what do mean by “Claude4 so power“? 
Sorry for being annoying … Just too many missiles and stuff flying around these days.
claude 3.7 doesn’t generate a markdown file after generated the code,claude 4 always generate a markdown file,so i say claude 4 is so powerful.

You might be able to make rule which says, no README.md if you don’t want it to be created. But I assume that you are happy about it.
