Cli request block does not include a reason

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor CLI

Describe the Bug

I am suddenly unable to talk to Sol because the provider marked my request as blocked. I’m not sure why it got marked, would love to be able to inspect more. I think the UI shows a reason.

I think that it picked up a segfault as a potential cybersecurity incident? But would love to know more so that I don’t hit it again.

Steps to Reproduce

do something that openai doesn’t like and see that the request gets blocked.

Operating System

Linux

Sol

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey there @philkuz

This is what you should see in the CLI, and is basically all the information we have about why the request failed.

Maybe i had an old cli. The message was simply something like “Model provider has flagged this request” in red. No extra detils
