Clicking on the `Install and reload` Remote-SSH button fails to install extension

Steps to repro:

  1. Ensure you have a clean installation of cursor
  2. Try connecting to remote machine
  3. On the remote window a notification will show asking to install Remote-SSH extension, click the button Install and reload
