Cloud Agent Diff tab only shows the run's anchored repo in multi-repo environments

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cloud Agent (IDE, Browser)

Describe the Bug

In a multi-repo Cloud Agent environment (environment.json with 14 repos), the Diff / Review / Commits tabs only show changes for the single repository the run is anchored to (repoUrl in run metadata). Changes committed and pushed to branches in the other repos of the same environment are invisible in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

Team environment with multiple repos; agent run anchored to repo A (infrastructure).
In repo B (nilo-app), commit a new file and push a branch (cursor/diff-visibility-test). No PR.
In repo A, commit a different file and push a branch with the same name. No PR.
Diff tab shows only repo A’s file. Repo B’s pushed branch never appears.
Expected: the Diff tab lists pushed changes across every repo in the environment, grouped by repository.

Actual: only the anchored repo is shown, so multi-repo work has no reviewable diff in the UI.

Notes: a pushed branch is enough for the anchored repo (no PR needed), which is good. Also, the run had branchName: null and the dashboard showed “No pushed changes” while files existed only as uncommitted working-tree changes — worth clarifying in the UI that the tab is git/push-based.

Expected Behavior

In a multi-repo Cloud Agent environment, the Diff tab shows all changes the agent pushed, grouped by repository — not only the repo the run is anchored to (repoUrl).

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the detailed report. You understood everything correctly.

Right now, the Diff tab on cursor.com/agents shows a single comparison per agent, and it’s calculated in the environment’s primary repo, the one the run is attached to. Changes the agent commits to other repos in a multi-repo environment won’t show up there unless there’s a pull request for those repos. I’ve shared your request with the team to show changes across all repos in the environment.

For now, there’s a way to get a per-repo diff. Ask the agent to open a pull request, a draft is fine, in every repo where it made changes. As soon as a repo has a PR, the Diff tab will show a branch picker, and that repo’s changes will appear next to the primary repo. Could you check and let me know if the second repo’s changes show up?

On your second point, the tab compares the agent’s commits to the base branch, so it shows work after it’s committed. Pushing isn’t required, but uncommitted working tree changes still won’t appear there. I agree the “No pushed changes” wording could be clearer, and I’ve flagged that too.
