Cloud agents - asked to "Grant Access" to repo on mobile (iOS app), but repo is available on desktop

Describe the Bug

I can’t access my organization’s GitHub repo for cloud agents on mobile, even though I can do so on desktop.

This is the case for both the mobile browser-based cloud agents, as well as the iOS app. We have already installed the GitHub Cursor app for this repo, and some other people within my organization don’t see the same issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure how to repro the issue.

Expected Behavior

In the mobile website, I can’t see the repo that is already installed within my organization. I should be able to see this on both the mobile website and iOS app.

The iOS app has a CTA to “Grant Access”. This is present despite the fact that my organization has already granted me access.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Hey there @msterny!

I would suggest disconnecting the existing connection between your Cursor account and GitHub and reconnecting. This can be done from the Integrations page.

Once the GitHub App is reinstalled, this typically resolves the issue and restores the access Cursor needs to your repositories.
