Describe the Bug

I’m testing cloud agents though it’s refusing to do any live testing on the virtual desktop or send any demo recordings as advertised in the /onboard page.

I’ve tried a couple of agents, different repos, they’re all refusing to record a demo for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup a repo via /onboard
  2. Start a new agent
  3. Ask the agent to test via the virtual desktop or to record a demo of the changes

Expected Behavior

The agent should produce artifacts (videos/screenshots) while it’s working or explicitly prompted to.

Hey, thanks for the report and the request ID.

I can see the screenshot, the agent is explicitly saying it doesn’t have access to the desktop. This is a known issue, the team is aware and is already looking into it.

As a workaround, try switching the model to GPT Codex or Claude Opus. Other users report that computer use and demo recordings work with those models, but not with Composer 1.5.

Let me know if switching the model helps.

Im having the same issue, nothing is generated. I have being using gtp 5.4 high and composer 2
