Cloud Agents dropdown only shows personal forks, missing GitHub Org repositories

I recently built some Cursor Cloud Agents and want to centralize them so my entire team can use them. My goal is to host these agents in our GitHub Organization repositories.

However, when I click the repository selection dropdown in the setup interface, it only shows my personally forked repositories. None of our actual organization repositories are appearing in the list.

I checked the Cursor Cloud Agents documentation but couldn’t find a solution.

  • How can I get the dropdown to display our GitHub Organization repositories?
  • Is this an issue with GitHub OAuth permissions/organization access, or is there a specific way to configure this for a team?

Any help or workarounds would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi @Lalitha_P!

Have you connected Cursor to your team’s GitHub account? You can connect multiple GitHub organizations to a single account.

The Cursor GitHub app will need to be installed on the organization (as opposed to your account), with access to the relevant repos. The video in the docs is quite helpful for walking through the setup.
