Composer duplicates half my code

Is there any way to fix this (composer adding +4000 lines for no reason) beside making my code’s file less lines? It’s 6000 lines at the moment (3 main files) I know it might be too much but I’m 98% done with my project and as long as it works I don’t really plan on changing everything.. I wish I learnt code structure before vibe coding like a ■■■.
