Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
A few hours back, started getting “Connection Error” warning as shown in the attached image. I tried with different internet connections including 2 high speed fiber (wired) as well as wifi. This issue is there in all cases and intermittent.
Steps to Reproduce
You put a prompt in the input box. It thinks for a while and gives this error. You retry multiple times and it will start going through after sometime and will show this dialog again.
