Connection Errors - Serialize Binary Invalid Internal

Why am i getting all of these connection errors? How do I fix this, this happens periodically and it doesnt stop. Any ideas? Did I run out of tokens or something? sometimes it says VPN connection error, but I dont have my VPN running.

Hey, thanks for the report.

The error "serialize binary: invalid int 32: 3221226505" is a known issue with PowerShell. The team is already working on a fix.

Workaround: switch your terminal

  • Open Settings Ctrl+, and search for terminal.integrated.defaultProfile.windows
  • Switch it to “Command Prompt” or “Git Bash” (not PowerShell)
  • Restart Cursor

This should fix both errors. Let me know if it helps.
