Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I’m really frustrated with this error. I’m using Cursor on a VPS, and after changing the VPS’s RDP port and restarting it, my requests only work at the beginning — after that, they all return the same error. What’s worse is that the requests that were still in progress caused code errors, yet the requests were still charged. I don’t understand how changing the RDP port could possibly affect Cursor.

Steps to Reproduce

I changed the RDP port, and as usual, Windows Server required a restart. After that, I opened Cursor and made requests as usual. I first tried with GPT-5 and then switched to Claude Sonnet, as shown in the picture — both encountered the same error. The code wasn’t completed, yet I was still charged. On top of that, I couldn’t even click the Resume button.
