i found the solution
i removed Cursor from windows at all
then deleted all here
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Cursor\User
and removed from my ssh server this folders
.cursor
.cursor-server
then i reinstalled again
and do multi tests

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply and for starting a few threads. Let’s focus on the core issue.
Good news, this isn’t an internet problem. Your network diagnostics are green for all real network checks: DNS, SSL, API, Ping, Chat, Agent stream. Only Authentication UI, Cursor Tab, and Agent Endpoint fail with Timeout waiting for EverythingProvider, and those checks depend on the local extension host. The logs also show [agent-exec] Provider registration timed out and The agent execution provider did not respond in time... extension host is not running or is unresponsive. So it’s the extension host hanging (and on SSH, the remote cursor-server process too), not the connection.
That explains why everything works in a local workspace, but the issue comes back on SSH remote.
What helps:
- Quick recovery: Reload Window. On SSH remote, kill the remote server and reconnect. You already found a working option, deleting
~/.cursor-serveron the server, it’s effectively the same. - Reduce extension host load: temporarily disable heavy extensions. You can test by launching
cursor --disable-extensions. - Add antivirus or Defender exclusions for Cursor and for the
.cursor-serverfolder on the remote machine. Scanning often causes the host to freeze. - Make sure the machine, local or remote, doesn’t go to sleep during the session.
This issue is on our radar and being tracked internally. I can’t share an exact ETA for a fix yet.
