hi @Yuanyuan_Zhang, to debug this issue, it would be useful for us that you share the result of this test with us (see screenshot attached), also, after the test, in the same page, you could try switching the http compatibility mode version (from 2.0 to 1.1 or 1.0 if the later doesn’t work), try again a chat and redo the test, hope this clears things out

Problem is resolved, the reason is I use VPN in my laptop.
