Hey, thanks for the report. The fact that everything works on your work account but not on your personal one is interesting and suggests an account-specific configuration issue.

Please try the following:

  • Network diagnostics: Cursor Settings → Network → “Run Diagnostics” → share the results
  • New chat test: Create a new chat and see if the issue persists
  • DevTools logs: please also share your DevTools logs

A quick question:

  • Are you using a VPN, corporate network, or any proxy?
