Here is the critical situation:
My account is currently registered under an institutional email address. This email is inaccessible right now due to a long-term server overhaul at the institution. Consequently, I am unable to receive vital login or verification codes, making it impossible to access my account.
My immediate, critical request is simple:
I need to change the email address associated with my paid membership to a stable personal address such as Gmail.
