Ctrl+Shift+E archives chat in Agents — not open Explorer; Help has no Report Issue

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

In Agents window, Ctrl+Shift+E archives the current chat instead of opening Explorer.
An AI assistant recommended this shortcut to open Explorer — my long chat was archived and I cannot restore it.

Tried: Filter → Archived, scrolling to bottom — chat not visible.

Also: Help menu has no “Report Issue”. Command palette has no “Report Issue” or “Developer: Report Issue” either.

Steps to Reproduce

In Agents window press Ctrl+Shift+E (recommended by Agent), the chat was archived

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

We’ve also run into issues with this shortcut, and I’ve added your feedback to the internal issue we’re tracking.

Your chat shouldn’t be lost, though! That being said, you’re a few versions behind (v3.10 is the latest version of Cursor, compared to v3.6).

Could you try updating to the latest version and see if you see the chat when filtering for archived chats?
