It seems to show 17 chats per project max and that’s not configurable. Can we make that configurable? +1 if we can even do it per project.

17 isn’t actually a hard cap per project. It’s the initial number of chats shown, and it’s computed from your window height.
You can always click the More (…) row at the bottom of a project group to reveal more chats. Each click reveals 8 more, and you can keep clicking until everything is shown. Making the window taller also raises the initial number.
That said, happy to hear feedback from you and other users if they also want to see this configurable!
I’m actually hoping to see less. For my use-case I have ~10 projects so would only want to see a max of 3-5 chats per project so that all my projects fit in the side nav without scrolling. Is that possible?
