# Cursor ai chat and composer super slow

I send a question and answer never comes…

It’s just stuck there forever. Only change I did recently is downloading some extensions for reading Jupyter notebooks.

Hey, try booting in safe mode with: `cursor --disable-extensions`, and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, then the problem is caused by one of the extensions.
