Through mobile web is not possible to remote control local agents → so this part is really missing. I started to move/migrate several workflows to codex as openai already delivered remote control to their mobile app. It’s been a while you released version for iOS, so this is really annoying not to have stil support for Android.
It’s definitely possible, the only thing we can’t do is accept or reject gated commands. That’s all I have found I can’t do anyway.

I tried asking one of the other moderators here if it was okay to share what i have made. i didnt get a reply so i wanted to reach out to one more moderator. Is it okay for me to share the android app i made? I am more than willing to share the repo with any cursor devs that want access and i am not trying to charge anyone for it. it does most of the same stuff as the iphone app, and cursor can completely have the code top to bottom. we just want a android app. if its okay to share i will link the repo here and even post a copy of the .apk i am not putting it on the google store (i feel as though that would be frowned upon and its only a controller for a system that i do not have any ownership of). the app works extremely well as it is, its just not polished as well as it could be and missing a few features that the dev team there would need to implement.
I just came here to mention, that it is a bit odd to have one of the most advanced AI coding agent tool at hand and not yet telling it to just transform the iOS app to Android.

I was very happy to see that Android support is officially on your roadmap. As a daily Cursor user, I’d strongly encourage you to prioritize it.
Being able to continue working with Cursor naturally from an Android phone would make a real difference, especially for developers who work across desktop, cloud, and mobile.

I want to use Cursor agents remotely from my phone, but today there is no practical way to do that on Android.
## What I need
A **native Android app** (or official mobile client) to access Cursor remotely:
- Monitor cloud/background agents away from the desk
- Approve prompts, review output, send quick follow-ups
- Push notifications when an agent needs input or finishes
- At minimum: agent list + chat + status (MVP is fine)
## Why it matters
Remote SSH / mobile browser is not a substitute. For daily Pro users running multiple agents, mobile access is a major gap.
This would pair naturally with Cloud Agents and the Agents Window roadmap.
