Cursor Bugbot running for more than 2 hours without stopping on GitHub

Describe the Bug

Bugbot instance has not stopped since started more than 2 hours ago. And, it did not get cancelled after a second commit is pushed to GitHub for the same pull request.

Steps to Reproduce

It was a one-time incidence.

Expected Behavior

Bugbot instance should cease within the expected timeframe of less than 20 minutes.

Version Information

It has to do with our Cursor Bugbot’s GitHub integration setup.

For AI issues: which model did you use?

Unknown.

For AI issues: add Request ID with privacy disabled

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Thanks for raising this! I believe this was related to an incident the other night. Is Bugbot working as expected for you now? Sorry for the disruption.

Thanks for getting back to me! But could you please confirm that instance is stopped and no longer running, and that the incident won’t affect our billing? I just checked on GitHub it appears the instance was still running.

Commenting @cursor review on the PR should spin up a fresh Bugbot.

Bugbot is currently seat-based (not per-PR), so there should be no impact on billing.
