Cursor can't download vscode-server on Windows Server 2022

Hi, this is the solution:

I downloaded the VSIX file from [Release v0.0.48 · jeanp413/open-remote-ssh · GitHub](https://Open Remote) and removed Microsoft’s SSH extension, and connected using Remote-SSH. This resolved the issue successfully.
