Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
I am a Cursor Ultra plan user and I’m having some issues, particularly around Cloud Agents:
- In Cursor web app, I can’t change my Cloud Agent settings (which I could previously), as I get the “Insufficient permissions to update setting” message (Cloud Agent Settings > Cloud Agents > Defaults, Pull Requests, etc. sections)
- When I try to refresh my “Environments” in Cloud Agents settings on web, I get an error “Failed to load environments”
- The “Start Setup” button in the Cloud Agents Environments section leads me to a 404 page: https://cursor.com/cloud-setup
- In the macOS Cursor IDE in Cursor Settings for Cloud Agents, I only see 1 repo from my Github Org in Personal Configuration, even though I have previously worked with many Gihub repos in my org
- I confirmed the Cursor app has full access to Github (my org and all its repos)
This may have started when I updated Cursor IDE to “nightly” beta yesterday. I ran into issues, and went back to the default, non-beta Cursor.
I need access to configure multiple repos for Cursor Agent (this was previously working a couple days ago), and to access my settings for Cloud Agents. This is very inconvenient for my business.
Please assist! Thank you.
Steps to Reproduce
Login as my user, access Cursor Settings in the web or in the macOS IDE.
Expected Behavior
I should have access to my settings and repos for Cloud Agents.
