Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known bug that is already being tracked in our system

The same “missing_required_parameter” error affects other Azure OpenAI GPT-5 users

Temporary solutions while we fix this:

• Try temporarily switching to another model (not GPT-5)
• Use the community-built proxy: GitHub - gabrii/Cursor-Azure-GPT-5: A service that allows Cursor to use Azure GPT-5 deployments. (adapts Azure API for Cursor compatibility)

We are actively working on a fix. I linked your report to the existing ticket to help prioritize.
