This is a known issue with gpt-5-codex being tracked here: Gpt-5-codex does not generate plan

  1. Does preview mode work? (Switch from markdown mode to preview mode and see if the plan appears)
  2. Which models exactly fail? I see codex in the screenshot.
  • Claude 4.5 Sonnet or GPT-5 works?
