Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue in version 2.4.21. A few users are reporting similar plan mode symptoms.
To debug, I’ll need a bit more info:
- Request ID: open the chat context menu (top right corner in the chat) > Copy Request ID, then paste it here
- How much free disk space do you have? Low free space can cause crashes like this
- Please run Network Diagnostics: Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics. If anything fails, let me know
As a temporary workaround, try rolling back to the previous stable version (2.4.20 or 2.4.7) until we ship a fix.
One user in a similar thread Stuck in planning next move - #8 by Stephane_Baudet said upgrading to 2.4.21 actually unblocked the issue, so it might be intermittent or tied to a specific setup.
