### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

### Describe the Bug

I saw in the changelogs that Cursor version 2.3 was released on December 22nd, but it’s been 10 days and my IDE is still at version 2.2.44, and if I click Check for updates, it says there are no new updates. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help.

### Steps to Reproduce

If I click Check for updates, it says there are no new updates, but we’re on version 2.3.

### Expected Behavior

The IDE should automatically update to the latest version on startup, or at most update when I click Check for updates.

Hey, thanks for the report.

Cursor rolls out updates in stages, but it usually takes at most a few days.

Please try this:

- Early access: try enabling early access in Cursor settings: `Cursor Settings > Beta`

Let me know if it helped.
