An option to Group Chats would be great. Say Im working on several features. Each feature can span across different chats(agents). Grouping them in a folder would be great to switch between them.

Hey, thanks for the feature request. A request to group chats or agents into folders by feature is one of the most common ones, and there are a few threads with the same idea:

I would argue this is essential feature and it is not the first time it was built. Chrome has ways to reorganize and group tabs and it helps a lot when you need to process a lot of info. Just imagine this - you had a browser with no way to organize tabs except for sorting and workarounds. I’m sure you would not want to be in that world. So I really don’t think this should be up for votes, this is an essential feature that should just be there for a product that is so popular.
