Hey, thanks for the feature request. A request to group chats or agents into folders by feature is one of the most common ones, and there are a few threads with the same idea:
- Orgnanize Chats by Ticket/PR/Custmo
- Colored Folders for Organizing Agents
- Improve Agent conversation sorting and grouping
Better sidebar navigation is a direction we’re interested in, but I can’t share a specific timeline. I’ll keep this thread open so it can collect votes and help us prioritize.
