URGENT - Cursor IDE is saying I am not a “Paid User”
(sent email also)
Is setting menu, my registered plan will keep switching back and forth every few minutes. When I click “Manage Account”, online also does not recognize my “Ultra Plan”.
Just by filling out this report, it switched three times!
Time stamps in video, watch the “plan” under the email in settings:
- 1:17 Changes to Ultra Plan (I’m reviewing invoice but it changes at the top)
- 1:40 changes to Free Plan
- 3:58 Changes to Ultra Plan
- 4:19 Changes to Free Plan
- 4:33 Changes to Ultra Plan
Unusable unfortunately - random as well.
Please advise - it happened a couple times the last few days but today is too often.

Steps to Reproduce
Nightly Beta Updates
Try to use Agent and will deny. Check settings and plan and it will show “Free” then “Ultra”
