The new “Open Agents Window on startup” toggle was in my Cursor Settings > Agents yesterday but is not there today. My current version is 3.9.16 and when I attempt an update it says that no updates are available.

Thanks @adaptive_behaviour . Had you toggled it off? We’re tracking a known issue where the setting disappears permanently after toggling off.
