Why does the ios version of cursor not support downloading in China, and when will it be supported
Hey, thanks for the request. I already answered the same thing in your previous thread: Cursor iOS cannot be downloaded in China.
In short: the Cursor iOS app is currently intentionally not published in the mainland China App Store, and there are no plans to add that region right now. This isn’t an issue on your side and it’s not a bug, the app just hasn’t been released to the China storefront.
What you can do right now:
- Open Cloud Agents in your mobile browser: cursor.com/agents, then Add to Home Screen. You’ll get a web app that’s pretty close to native, as long as cursor.com is accessible on your network.
- The app is available in the Hong Kong and Taiwan storefronts if you have an Apple ID that isn’t set to mainland China.
